PHR - Personal Health Record for your patients
The patient has access to his/her own Personal Health Record, with all the Medical Data gathered and organized in one place, Secured. Your patients do not need to carry their medical information any more (exams, laboratory results etc.), or try to always keep them in the right order (chronological or other), whilst the risk of loss or corrupted data is eliminated. The Personal Health Record is consistent, because the data are recorded in a complete and structured manner and are constantly updated. The service is immediate and increases the quality of care, avoiding duplicates, delays and mistakes. It encourages constant communication and cooperation with you, ensuring a unique patient experience!
The e-notification feature, immediately notifies the patient that his exam results were received by you and were updated in the patient’s Personal Health Record. Your patient may also be informed about personal and family care, by subscribing to the prevention and health promotion services provided through the MyHealthAngels system. Connectivity, Interoperability and Collaboration at its best
Furthermore, MyHealthAngels enables secure communication and collaboration with third parties such as diagnostic centers that also use MyHealthAngels Service. Using the API connection, the system can upload the final laboratory results automatically to the CHR of the doctor, and the Personal Health Record of the patient.
